Heat went out on a rental home last night. Called Convection Heating and Air to set an appointment. They arrived this morning, changed the thermostat and had the heat going in an hour. Now the renters are happy!

He showed up on time. My unit has an odd size capacitor and the supply houses were already closed. But he was able to get it running with some clever engineering for the night, and promptly came the next morning and put the correct parts on as promised. He cares more about service and doing a good job than money. I was extremely happy with the service and cost.

After 2 days with no A/C, I have A/C again. Thanks to Convection Heating and Air. Call another company and they told me we needed to replace our whole system. $6500.00 to $6800.00 I was shocked being that he (Mark) didn't even really check the system. Convection Heating & Air was one the best companies I’ve decided to switch to for home maintenance and repair in a very long time. Technician was professional, efficient, and made my life easier by working with me on every detail. Where many other companies would charge an arm and a leg for simple services Convection gives you a real price with no extra baggage attached. I will be using Conversation for all of my HVAC needs from here on out.

Our heating system went out just as the weather turned cold again. We reached out to Convection HVAC and they were there in a minute! Less than 24 hours later our system was completely updated and running again. Our AC unit had been limping along for years and Steven pointed out a better warranty option by replacing everything at one time. It was much less than we expected and much better service than we dreamed of!

The owner of this business responded to his ad for a $59.95 ac tune up we had requested. He found a couple of items that needed attention. The owner was polite, explained everything he thought should be addressed. He ordered parts and returned in two days, on time, while all the time sending text messages as to his location and arrival times. He did the needed repairs and while I can not confirm the actual AC performance due to the outside temperatures being in the low sixties, we feel confident in his work.

Convection responded to a warranty call during a string of really hot days. For many, working from home is a luxury. Unfortunately it is unbearable when the AC is out. Steve from Convection responded and worked through the challenges and ensured at the end of the day cooling temps were restored. Thank you for working with me.
